After 2 weeks of not being able to workout I'm back my to usual routine, crazy! I just didn't have the energy to do many things, even to blog (oops). I'm okay, nothing to worry about :) Today, I only did a couple of short pilates session and a little bit of cardio slowly. I figured that I should go back to my usual workout and not try too many things for now. I'd like to share some of my favourite workout videos today, it's a mix of beginner's and advance pilates / cardio. I want to stay in shape without over doing it, therefore I am okay with the beginner's level for now.
